Leytonstone light-welterweight Philip Bowes is back in the ring next month and targeting titles.
Bowes will be matched in a six rounder at the Camden Centre on Friday, December 4.
This will be Bowes’ first fight on a Hellraiser promotion and for the 31 year-old southpaw, it's his first fight since a points loss to Johnny Coyle for the vacant Southern Area title in May.
Looking back on the loss to Coyle, Bowes said: "It was a frustrating fight, but I learned a lot.
"He won the fight and deserved to get the decision. But I learned a lot of tricks from fighting Johnny and I know next time I box him I will beat him.
"When I get another chance at that level, I will take it. I want another title shot next year.
"I'm not far away from being a champion now. I'm sure 2016 will be the year when I win titles. I want to win that Southern Area title and move on."
Ryan Taylor and Ben Day will contest the vacant Southern Area strap on December 5 and Bowes hopes for a crack at the winner.
"That's the level I want to be boxing at next year," he said.
