Leyton Orient have completed the signing of Portsmouth midfielder Nigel Atangana.
The 26-year-old joined Pompey from Havant & Waterlooville in June 2014. Atangana has made 13 appearances this season but his last game came at Carlisle in November.
Portsmouth were looking to offload the Frenchman and he has agreed an 18-month deal for an undisclosed fee.
The O's are already busy working on transfer deals this month under new technical director Andrea Pressenda despite not having replaced head coach Ian Hendon.
It is understood Orient will bring in Chesterfield striker Armand Gnanduillet following the arrival of Atangana.
