Leyton Orient have confirmed the club have appealed Mathieu Baudry's red card against Oxford United.
The O's skipper was sent off late on during Saturday's game and faces a four-match ban after picking up his second dismissal of the season.
Speaking after the game, player-manager Kevin Nolan said: "I don't think it was a red card I must admit from seeing it in real time and then watching it on the video.
"We will analyse it and I was very, very surprised I must admit when I realised the red card had been brandished."
