West Ham are in talks to bring Argentine striker Jonathan Calleri to the Olympic stadium according to Italian football journalist Gianluca Di Marzio.

Calleri spent the 2015/16 season on loan at Sau Paulo in Brazil and is thought to be valued at £7.5 million.

Slaven Bilic seems intent on adding to his strike force in the summer transfer window and Di Marzio claims that talks are well underway to secure a deal for 22-year-old striker Calleri.

However, a move for the striker could be complicated, as his registration is owned by an investment firm and the Hammers would have to buy his registration outright from the investors in order to seal a deal for the Argentine.
