West Ham United have been sensationally linked to Real Madrid’s James Rodriguez.
According to Marca the Hammers have joined the likes of Manchester United, Chelsea and Paris Saint-Germain in the long list of potential suitors.
The Colombia international has suffered a mixed spell at Madrid since joining La Liga in 2014 and has been valued at around £80 million.
Despite gaining European success with Los Blancos, the 25-year-old has notably been left out of manager’s Zinedine Zidane’s team.
Without the guarantee of first team football James may be interested in joining a side that can give him 90 minutes playing time each week.
Unlike the other clubs interested in him, the east London club can be able to guarantee him a starting position, something that would entice him away from the Spanish capital.
