Burnley have reportedly offered £7.5m for Hull City’s Robert Snodgrass in a bid to beat West Ham United to the Scottish playmaker’s signature.
The Hammers have seen three separate bids rejected for Snodgrass, the latest of which being £6m.
Hull are said to value the 29-year-old at £9m and are understandably keen to hold onto a player who has spearheaded their fight against relegation.
He has nine goals this season, despite the Tigers’ occupying 18th position in the Premier League after winning just four of their 21 league games.
The KCOM Stadium club tied Snodgrass to an 18-month contract last month as they activated a clause in his contract to extend his deal by a year.
