Slaven Bilic bemoaned a number of refereeing decisions during West Ham United’s 2-2 draw against West Bromwich Albion.

The Hammers saw Sofiane Feghouli’s first half goal chalked off for offside and also had multiple penalty appeals waved away by Michael Oliver.

Bilic also had a number of issues with Jonny Evans’ late equaliser, claiming a throw in during the build-up should have been awarded to his side and that there was a foul on Darren Randolph.

“There is always an element of me not being objective but I am trying to say what was real. There were four of five decisions and all of them went against us,” he said.

“Our goal which wasn’t allowed because of offside wasn’t offside. A couple of penalties, not big ones but reasonable ones.

“There was a push on Snodgrass in the first half and a push on Calleri in the second half.

“The throw in that led to their goal was our throw in and was then taken 10 yards further forward, and that bunch of players on the corner after that I expect to get a foul there.”

Bilic’s reaction to the late leveller resulted in him being sent to the stands and it remains to be seen if he will receive a touchline ban.

Having gone behind early on, the Hammers did well to fight back and take the lead with four minutes remaining.

While frustration was the overriding emotion for Bilic, his was pleased with his side’s performance against a strong Baggies side.

“I am proud of my team but also very, very angry with the decisions,” he said.

“They are very good, organised .Maybe they are not very attractive but they have everything and that is why other than the top six they are the team to beat.”
