Leyton Orient have provided an update on defender Tom Parkes following his injury in Saturday's 3-2 loss against Notts County.
The 24-year-old was stretchered off the pitch after a clash with a County striker and looked to have fractured his pelvis.
However, Orient's physiotherapist Peter Webb said: "During Saturday's game defender Tom Parkes was taken to hospital for checks on his pelvis, as during primary assessment on the field, we thought there was a chance it was a serious injury.
"It was not as bad as we thought which is positive for us all, although very painful for him currently.
"The medical department will look to get Tom back in a Leyton Orient shirt soon."
