Michail Antonio will miss the remainder of the Premier League season, West Ham United boss Slaven Bilic has confirmed.

The utility man left the field in the 40th minute of Saturday’s vital 1-0 win over Swansea City.

With nine goals to his name, Antonio is the club’s leading scorer and is likely to be a big miss for the Hammers.

“We are without Michail Antonio. It is a significant injury and he’s out for the season,” Bilic said at his pre-match press conference.

“It is a big blow for with Antonio because he has been he has been good in every game. We have options up front.”

“We are likely to need both Any [Carroll] and Jonathan [Calleri] on Saturday and they’ll share minutes on the pitch.”
