Leyton Orient's winding-up petition has been updated with Centre Circle Events Management now as the main creditor.
The O's were served the petition by HMRC on March 1 over an unpaid tax bill believed to be around £125,000 to £250,000.
Owner Francesco Becchetti paid off that bill along with the staff and players for March and April.
It was understood as of two weeks ago he had paid off most of the other creditors including the stewards and Alchemy Creations (programme creators).
However when approached for a comment by the Guardian Series Centre Circle Events Management director John Little said 'they are yet to be paid from the east London club.'
As this petition was already set in motion from the last court date, both sides will need to attend the High Court on Monday, June 12 at 10:30am.
The O's future still remains hazy as it is unclear what plans the Italian businessman has in mind for the club.
