Leyton Orient have signed central defender Marvin Ekpiteta from East Thurrock United.
The highly-rated 22-year-old has signed a two-and-a-half year deal at Brisbane Road, but has returned to the Rocks on loan for the rest of the season, having formed a strong partnership with fellow Orient loanee Michael Clark.
The 6ft 4in defender, who started his career at Oxford United and has also played for Chelmsford City and Concord Rangers, has made more than 100 appearances for East Thurrock.
