Leyton Orient’s trip to Macclesfield Town on Saturday, April 14 will now be played at 12:30pm, with the match set to be televised on BT Sport.
The game was originally due to be played on the same day at 3pm, but it will now kick off at lunchtime due to BT Sport’s live coverage.
Justin Edinburgh’s men will be looking to gain revenge over the runaway National League leaders, who secured a narrow 1-0 win over the O’s at Brisbane Road back in October, thanks to Scott Wilson’s strike in first half stoppage time.
Orient’s fortunes have improved somewhat since the teams last met, with the O’s now sitting in 13th place, while John Askey’s men are in pole position to take the National League title, with a nine point cushion over second place Sutton United at the top of the table.
Meanwhile, the O’s have also confirmed that Monday’s postponed game against Maidenhead United will now take place on Tuesday, April 24 at 7:45pm.
The match against Alan Devonshire’s men was called off earlier this week, after referee Adam Penwell deemed that corners of the Brisbane Road pitch were in a dangerous condition after heavy rain.
