Swansea looking to enjoy a party against Orient

SWANSEA City boss Roberto Martinez is still planning a championship winning party at the Liberty Stadium against Orient tomorrow.

The Welsh club secured the League One title last weekend, although will not pick up the trophy on Saturday despite it being the club's final home game of the campaign.

That is because Football League has refused to hand it over until Leeds United's arbitration hearing over a 15-point deduction has been settled.

"It's the last home game, it's our home and we can do whatever we want," said Martinez.

"The fans and players deserve it and I think we should celebrate what has been a very exciting season and create something special to remember."

The Swans beat the O's 5-0 in the corresponding fixture earlier this season and Martinez would love a repeat tomorrow Liberty Stadium.

"After our defeat at home to Yeovil last week, we are looking to get that winning feeling back," he told the club's official website.

"I've seen a great response from the boys this week in training. They've worked and and they can't wait.

"They want to finish on a high. Just because we are already promoted, it doesn't mean we can allow our standards to drop.

"From a footballing point of view we will finish as champions, but we also want to get as many points as possible.

"Whatever happens away from football, we all want to make it a day to remember for all the fans.'' Midfielder Darren Pratley will miss out tomorrow for the visit of Orient as he sits out a one-match ban, while Ferrie Bodde is still out with a groin strain. That means Owain Tudur Jones could start for the first time this season. And he could be joined in contention for a return to the starting line-up by Garry Monk, Marcos Painter, Paul Anderson and Guillem Bauza.
