SPURS chairman Daniel Levy is reported to want a staggering £400 million for the club.
The Daily Mail claim Maple Leaf Sports & Entertainment (MLSE) have shown an interest in buying the north London club.
But it appears main man Richard Peddie, who is behind Canadian ice hockey team the Toronto Maple Leafs, is only considering paying £250million.
The reports suggests that Levy would sell up at the right price, provided he receives assurances of future progress at White Hart Lane.
It now remains unclear now whether Peddie, who is the president and chief executive of MLSE is willing to increase his offer to match Levy's.
