REPORTS in the media have linked Tottenham with a £6million move for Birmingham City winger Olivier Kapo.

With manager Juande Ramos thought to be planning a huge overhaul at White Hart Lane this summer, Kapo is the latest name to have been thrown into the hat after an impressive season at St Andrew's.

The Frenchman arrived from Juventus last summer for £3million and has ranked among the Blues' top performers this year in their battle for survival, and his form has not gone unnoticed.

With speculation surrounding the future of Aaron Lennon refusing to go away, Ramos is looking to reinforce the wings, and Kapo appears to fit the bill.

Croatian Luka Modric is already on board at Spurs, and Kapo may be lured by the prospect of regular top flight action.

However, the 27-year-old insists he is happy in the Midlands, and sees his future with the Birmingham.

"I signed for three years for Birmingham and I want to stay here," Kapo told the Birmingham Mail. "I like it here. My family like Birmingham. For me, in my head, I am staying here."
