Spurs boss keen on Gattuso

REPORTS in Italy suggest Juande Ramos is considering a bid for AC Milan midfielder Gennaro Gattuso.

Ramos is keen to bolster his midfield and with Arsenal's Mathieu Flamini arriving at the San Siro, Gattuso's place in the side is less certain.

Milanese newspaper Libertà reported that Spurs scouts have watched the Italian international several times over the last month, although it remains to be seen if the Spanish coach will follow up his interest with an offer.

It is thought that a bid in the region of £8million would be enough to prise the 30-year-old away from Milan, who would be keen on a move to the Premier League.
