ARSENE WENGER has admitted he is looking forward to pitting his wits against new Chelsea boss Luis Felipe Scolari.
The Portuguese manager, who has left his post as his national side's head coach after their Euro 2008 quarter-final exit to Germany, will take over at Stamford Bridge next season.
And Wenger believes his vibrant personality will add a new dimension to the Premier League.
"I like Scolari as a person, I like him as a coach and I think he has charisma," said the Frenchman. "He will add something to the Premier League. You never know what will happen but he is a quality man, a quality manager.
"The system he's played at Portugal is similar to what Chelsea have done for years. It's a version of 4-5-1 or 4-3-3."
