WEST Ham boss Alan Curbishley could be set to reinforce his attacking options with the signature of Croatian hitman Josip Tadic.
Injury prone Craig Bellamy missed a large part of last season while rumours persist about Bobby Zamora's future at Upton Park.
Tadic currently plays in his homeland for Dinamo Zagreb and has also appeared for the Croatian U21 side.
He is contracted to Dinamo until 2011 but has told Croatian press that an offer from the Londoners would be extremely tempting.
"I don't know what to say. I'm very surprised, in a positive way of course," he said.
"It would be nice to play for the club for which Slaven Bilic and Igor Stimac once played."
The 20-year-old hitman has had one previous forray outside of Zagreb, when he had an unsuccessful season at German club Bayer Leverkusen.
