TOTTENHAM have reportedly told Liverpool they must stump up £20million to prise Robbie Keane out of White Hart Lane.
The Republic of Ireland striker is understood to be keen on a move to the club he has supported all his life - but Spurs are reluctant to sell. And they have attempted to heed off the Reds' advances by placing a huge £20million valuation on the forward.
A player-plus-cash offer involving Peter Crouch has already been turned down, but the Daily Mail understands that an offer in the region of £10million plus Crouch would be given serious consideration.
New Republic of Ireland boss Giovanni Trapattoni is also thought to be keen for Keane to move and test himself at the highest possible level.
