ARSENAL midfielder Alexander Hleb has denied making stinging remarks about Arsene Wenger and Cesc Fabregas.
The 27-year-old was believed to have made comments which criticised Wenger's tactics and Fabregas' selfish streak in front of goal.
However, Hleb - who has been heavily linked with an imminent switch to Spanish giants Barcelona - has spoken to his personal website to refute the claims.
He said: "I am shocked by some media reports. In some newspapers it was mentioned that I have attacked Arsene Wenger and Cesc Fabregas.
"Let me tell you: This is not true.
"The statements in the papers are defintely not my statements. I would never say anything disrespctful about them."
He added: "There is a simple reason for this - Cesc is a very good friend of mine and Arsene is one of the persons I respect the most."
The Belarus international has made 89 appearances for Arsenal since his £13m arrival from Stuggart three years ago.
