ORIENT will host Brighton & Hove Albion in the second round of the JP Trophy.
The O's received a bye in the first round, so the game at Brisbane Road will be their first in this year's competition.
The two teams actually met at the same stage last season, the Seagulls winning on penalties after a 2-2 draw at the Withdean Stadium.
The match is due to take place on October 6.
