WEST HAM hitman Carlton Cole has revealed he is still injured.
The big striker came off the bench to play 22 minutes of late weekend's 4-1 drubbing at Chelsea.
But Cole, who covets a place in the England World Cup squad, said he is not yet fully recovered from his posterior cruciate ligament tear, of last November.
"I am still working on my injury because I was supposed to be out for four months or even more if I had the operation" he said.
Cole vowed he will make a 'full recovery' to the Daily Mirror.
