Danish international Lars Jacobsen signed from Blackburn Rovers

WEST Ham United have agreed a deal to sign Lars Jacobsen from Blackburn Rovers.
As the move was sealed late on transfer deadline day, the Hammers are awaiting approval from the Premier League.
The Danish right-back, 30, has 35 caps for Denmark and played in all of his country's World Cup matches in South Africa.
