Dean Cox has put pen-to-paper on a contract extension with Leyton Orient, keeping him at the club until the end of the 2014/15 campaign.
The 24-year-old joined the O’s from Brighton & Hove Albion and impressed in his debut season in E10, scoring 12 goals as well as providing 22 assists for his team-mates.
Cox has spent part of this season sidelined with a knee injury but recently returned and has immediately picked up from where he left off, proving a useful threat on the wing.
He is currently the club’s joint top-scorer with seven goals this season and has now committed his long-term future to the O’s, following in the footsteps of boss Russell Slade who he worked under at Brighton.
