Southampton defender Ryan Dickson has joined Leyton Orient on loan until the end of the season.
Dickson spent last month with League One rivals Yeovil Town but after being recalled by Saints yesterday, the 25-year-old has agreed a 93-day emergency loan with the E10 side.
O's boss Russell Slade had said this week that a left back was his priority and it looks as if he has got his man in persuading Dickson to sign.
The position has proved somewhat of a problem for Slade since the departure of Charlie Daniels in November.
Tony Craig and Adam Chicksen arrived from Millwall and MK Dons respectively before Leon McSweeney more recently filled the vacancy.
Dickson now looks likely to take up the position and will wear the number three shirt during his stay at Brisbane Road.
