Second XI Division
One Walthamstow Seconds suffered their seventh loss of the campaign losing by seven wickets to Hawks Seconds.
Batting first Walthamstow posted 201 for eight from their 45 overs with Dominic Whitehall-Smith’s 57 the highlight of the innings.
Umar Amin claimed 2-57 but was unable to stop the Hawks batsmen from reaching their target within 37 overs.
Walthamstow Seconds host Tennyson Firsts on Saturday.
Fourth XI Division Two
Walthamstow Fourths remain perilously close to the relegation places as they lost by a single wicket to promotion chasing Noak Hill Tavemers Seconds.
Having won the toss and deciding to bat Don Isuru fell two runs short of his half century as Walthamstow posted 184 for eight.
Walthamstow took a flurry of late wickets but the Noak Hill tail-enders held on.
