Daggers put Southam on the transfer list

THE summer exodus looks set to continue at Victoria Road as Daggers midfielder Glen Southam has been placed on the transfer market by his own request.
Boss John Still is struggling to keep his squad together after a number of players left the club at the end of last season.
And Southam's name looks likely to be added to that list.
The 28-year-old has been frequently linked with a move to Chris Coleman's Coventry City, and recently stated his intent to test himself on a grander stage.
He said: "I'm ready for any challenge. I believe in myself and I've always wanted to play at the highest level."
As a result, he has asked to be put up for sale, and manager Still has reluctantly granted his request.
"It's my policy, and the policy of this club, that we don't stand in the way of a player who wants to progress his career and therefore we have reluctantly placed Glen on the transfer list," said Still.
