Taiwo named League Two player of the month

THE impressive early season form of Solomon Taiwo has seen the Dagenham and Redbridge midfielder named League Two's Powerade Player of the Month for August.
The powerful 23-year-old played a key role as the Daggers' blistering start to the season saw them end last month on top of the table.
He scored in the Carling Cup defeat at home to Reading, and notched the winner against Morecambe.
Taiwo joined the east Londoners from non-league Sutton in November, but endured a torrid start to life at Victoria Road following two red cards in his first two games.
