(League Two)
DAGENHAM returned to winning ways after overcoming nine-man Chesterfield at Victoria Road.
The Daggers were in control from the second minute when in-form Sam Saunders' rasping top corner effort from 20 yards gave the east Londoners the lead.
Things went from bad to worse for the visitors, who had a player sent off close to either side of the interval.
First Lloyd Kelly was given his marching orders on 38 minutes for striking out at Ben Strevens.
Then Robert Page saw red on 56 minutes for an elbow on the Daggers forward.
With the two-man advantage, the hosts piled on the pressure and had a hatful of chances.
But it was not until the closing stages that they wrapped the game up.
With just three minutes remaining, Mark Nwokeji opened his league account for the club with a rocketing 25-yard drive.
Prolific marksman Paul Benson added a third a moment later, prodding in from close range.
Dag & Red: Roberts, Okuonghae, Uddin, Arber (Nurse 26), Griffiths, Saunders, Taiwo, Gain, Graham (Nwokeji 78), Strevens, Benson. Subs Not Used: Southam, Lokando, Thompson.
