MARK Nwokeji's second half header gave Dagenham an impressive Johnstone's Paint Trophy victory over Peterborough at London Road.
The striker nodded in Glen Southam's cross on 65 minutes in-off the underside of the crossbar to book Daggers' passage into the southern section quarter finals of the competition.
Posh midfielder Micah Hyde had an effort ruled out for offside early in the second half but Daggers otherwise put in a solid defensive job to keeping out the League One side.
