MEMBERS of Waltham Forest Diving Club came away with a five-medal haul from the Great Britain Diving Federation-run competition at Tunbridge Wells Sport Centre.

Youngsters Adam Abbott and Jack Morgan struck gold in their respective events, while there were also medals for Toni Wright and Shelley Abbott.

Adam Abbott and Ben Rowlandson dived in the 10/11 years novice with the former taking an impressive bronze, before he went on to win gold in the feet first competition, with his club-mate finishing in sixth.

Wright, competing in the 14-18 years intermediate feet first event, won silver, while Evie Baxtor and Shelley Abbott also competed, with the latter achieving a bronze in the novice competition.

Morgan emulated the succes of team-mate Abbott by achieving a prestigious double, which included a gold in the intermediate 14-18 years event before winning bronze in the feet first event.
