PARK View secured the Premier League title for the third season in a row with an outstanding result against their nearest rivals.
Rangers opened the scoring through Adam Rowe with Yvan Tihati adding a second and Michael Adeboye getting on the scoresheet with the third.
The fourth goal came from Calum Vaughan and Jamel George completed the scoring to deny Percival a look in.
The winning Park View squad (pictured) are: Carr, Solomon, Ndovi, Bailey, Vaughan, Adeboye, Rowe, Galloway, Lane, Tihati, Yaslin, Johnson, Campbell, James, Dyson, George, Georgiou and Anderson-George.
