Leyton Orient have reportedly failed in their bid to get a judicial review of the process which has enabled West Ham United to move to the Olympic Stadium.
The Hammers were last month granted a 99-year lease to move to the Olympic Stadium. Orient chairman Barry Hearn believes this will threaten the existence of the League One club.
The O's wanted a review on the grounds that the London Legacy Development Corporation had breached its rules by failing to fully explore the possibility of a groundshare.
But this has been denied and the club will now remain at Brisbane Road after Hearn decided they will stay there if their review does not succeed.
