Leyton Orient are still without a win at home this season after a 0-0 draw against MK Dons this afternoon.

The hosts had the better chances in the first half but were denied by impressive saves from keeper David Martin. But the O's finished with ten men after Mathieu Baudry picked up two bookings in the space of minutes late on in the match.

Orient made two changes from the side which drew at Sheffield United with Shaun Batt replacing Jobi McAnuff and Baudry coming in for Elliot Omozusi.

The visitors dominated possession early on and were the first side to threaten an opening goal. Mark Randall's shot was parried by Gary Woods but the keeper recovered superbly to tip Benik Ofobe's rebound effort onto the bar.

But the O's increasingly started to look the more dangerous side and were only kept out by the expertise of Martin.

Shane Lowry almost scored a spectacular goal as he fired in a stunning 40-yard half-volley which was pushed round the post by the keeper.

The hosts went close again when Jack Price released Batt but his low shot was blocked by Martin.

Orient continued to threaten and Darius Henderson was next to be denied when his strike was palmed away by the visiting keeper.

The second half was a forgettable affair but interim boss Kevin Nugent made the first change when he introduced Chris Dagnall in place of Batt.

There was a lack of urgency from both sides and it appeared as if the highflying visitors were content to come away with a point from Brisbane Road.

Baudry was booked in the 86th minute for fouling an opponent and he failed to learn his lesson as a late tackle within minutes resulted in Orient being reduced to ten men.

MK Dons failed to trouble Woods late on though and Orient managed to claim a point which took them outside of the relegation zone.
