New Leyton Orient team manager Mauro Milanese will take charge of his side for the first time tonight when they host second-placed Preston.
Milanese was appointed in the role on Sunday evening with Kevin Nugent reverting from interim boss to coach of the O's.
Darius Henderson will serve the first of a three-match ban after being sent off in Saturday's 3-0 defeat to Port Vale for an elbow.
Orient will still be without Romain Vincelot due to his knee injury which forced the O's to play Mathieu Baudry in midfield on Saturday.
The O's are still looking for their first victory at Brisbane Road this season and will take on a Preston side that has won seven consecutive matches in all competitions.
Coach Nugent said: "It will be a tough game for us we'll certainly dust ourselves down after today (Port Vale) and hopefully we'll be ok at home.
"Whenever you lose a game it's always difficult but listen, that's what they're paid to do and they need to get back up now and it's a home game for us. It's a really good match and we'll have to be positive going into that."
