Leyton Orient manager Mauro Milanese will attempt to guide his side to a first win at home this season when they host Northampton Town tonight in the Johnstone's Paint Trophy.
The O's are favourites for the area quarter-final tie against League Two Northampton. But the pressure on Orient has increased following their FA Cup defeat at Oldham last weekend.
Milanese said: "I would like to get through to the next round. I know the FA Cup is very important but it is tough to go far in so maybe the JPT is easier.
"We will try to do our best and are very hungry to get past this round and take more confidence into the league game on Saturday."
The hosts are unlikely to have any injured players back for the game and striker Darius Henderson is missing with a foot injury despite completing his three match ban.
Northampton are mid-table in their division but will fancy their chances of an upset against an Orient side struggling for confidence.
The sides met this summer when visitors Orient claimed a 1-0 pre-season friendly victory.
