Shane Lowry starts for the O's: Simon O'Connor
Leyton Orient goalkeeper Adam Legzdins returns to the side for their Johnstone's Paint Trophy tie with Northampton Town.
Legzdins replaces Gary Woods in his first appearance since August following a thumb injury. The other changes see Elliot Omozusi, Gary Sawyer and Marvin Bartley replace Scott Cuthbert, Mathieu Baudry and Shaun Batt.
