There was an Orient mascot with a difference on Saturday after 60-year-old Roy Williams led out the O’s against Port Vale.
The usual young mascot was replaced by Williams after he was handed the honour of leading out the side as a 60th birthday present from his family.
Son Joe Williams tweeted: “@leytonorientfc shoutout to my Dad Roy Williams who is Orient Mascot today for his 60th! Hoping he will bring us some luck & valuable 3 pts.”
