Leyton Orient head coach Ian Hendon is relishing his side's derby clash at Dagenham & Redbridge tomorrow.

After the disappointment of their late defeat at MK Dons on Tuesday in the Capital One Cup, Orient have the chance to quickly put this behind them with the short trip to their League Two rivals.

The O's should be able to call on striker Paul McCallum after he was left out of the midweek squad with slight knock.

Hendon said: “By the sounds of things it’s going to be a full house at Dagenham. There is a rivalry there and I know Wayne (Burnett) and Warren Hackett very well so it will be good to lock horns and we’re really looking forward to the game.

“If we keep performing like we have done in the first two competitive games I’m sure we’ll be ok.”

Jay Simpson scored twice against Dagenham last season in the Johnstone's Paint Trophy and is looking forward to returning to Victoria Road again this weekend.

Simpson said: "I look forward to it. I've still got a few of my mates that play down there and I know the manager Wayne Burnett really well. He's a really good coach so it will be nice to go down there and if we can win it will be even sweeter.

"I really enjoyed the game down there last year and every game you go out you want to win and I want to score as many goals as I can. If I can go there and get a goal again that would be great."

Dagenham have started the season with a 3-0 defeat at Portsmouth in League Two before losing 4-1 at Charlton Athletic in the League Cup on Tuesday.
