Leyton Orient boss Ian Hendon admits most of his first team will be involved in tonight's Johnstone's Paint Trophy first round tie at Luton Town.

Skipper Mathieu Baudry will miss the game after picking up a bad cut during Saturday's win over Bristol Rovers while Dean Cox and Alan Dunne may also be left out. But with such a small squad the O's head coach is unable to make wholesale changes.

Speaking on Saturday, Hendon said: "He's [Baudry] got a nasty cut on his Achilles when he got a stud down in the corner. He tried to play on and came out at half time but could hardly move so he will definitely be one that's missing on Tuesday night."

He added: "We can't rest players. We have to play so many players that played on Saturday. It's not a case of resting them. We've picked up a few injuries so there are a couple that carried things through to the end there.

"We'll have to assess them in the morning, train on Monday and see what we've got. If we can put as strong side out as we can we will do. It's another game and we know it's there so we have to put a side out to compete against Luton."

The Hatters have got off to a miserable start to the season and are third bottom in League Two after picking up just two points.

It is in stark contrast to Hendon's side who are top of the table after winning all five of their league games.
