Three goals in the first 13 minutes saw Leyton Orient into round two of the FA Cup on Saturday as they trounced Isthmian Premier Division side Staines Town 6-1.
Ollie Palmer scored either side of a Dean Cox effort before former O Darren Purse lobbed home to pull the Step Three side back into the contest.
But Orient were not knocked off course by that goal and Cox, with a stunning free-kick, John Marquis and Sean Clohessy completed the rout.
