Leyton Orient head coach Ian Hendon's final game in charge came on Saturday after the O's lost 3-1 at home to Exeter City.
The O's got off to a dream start with Ollie Palmer scoring inside the first minute.
But a disastrous first half saw Jayden Stockley score twice and Tom Nichols net to hand the visitors a commanding lead.
Orient improved after the break but Jay Simpson missed two penalties as the hosts fell to defeat.
It was a costly result as following the match a meeting took place and Hendon's tenure as Orient head coach came to an end.
