Leyton Orient are on the verge of completing the signing of Chesterfield forward Armand Gnanduillet.
The 23-year-old will be familiar to O's fans after he scored twice on loan for Stevenage in the recent 2-2 draw. He scored six goals in 16 appearances for the League Two strugglers.
Gnanduillet has now returned to Chesterfield and it is understood a fee in the region of £35,000 has been agreed with Orient.
His move is likely to go ahead regardless of whether a permanent replacement for Ian Hendon has been finalised following his dismissal this week.
It is understood Orient are also interested in Rochdale defender Ashley Eastham. The 24-year-old has made six appearances for the League One side this season.
