Leyton Orient face a crunch promotion clash at Accrington Stanley tomorrow afternoon.

The O's head into the game in seventh place in League Two and are five points and two places beneath their opponents.

Player-manager Kevin Nolan will be without midfielders Jobi McAnuff and Calaum Jahraldo-Martin with the pair missing the next two games due to international duty.

Nolan said: “That’s the most disappointing thing is that we’ve got two lads that have been a major part of the squad since I’ve come in [away].

"Jobi’s been fantastic and so’s Calaum but it gives opportunities to the lads sitting on the bench and knocking on my door when they’re not playing.

“There will be a couple of lads playing who have got a chance now to impress over the two games and keep that away run going and build on that."

The O's boss continued: "We have two wins on the spin now and we’ll try and get the third next week and if we get that we go into a home game against Hartlepool full of confidence.

“That’s the aim so we will be working hard this week to try to make sure that happens.”

Bradley Pritchard and Connor Essam are also unavailable after joining Stevenage and Dover respectively on loan.

But Lloyd James could make his first start since December after coming on as a substitute during Saturday's 1-0 win over Morecambe.

Accrington won 1-0 at Orient in the first meeting between the teams this season.

John Coleman's side still have a big chance of winning automatic promotion as they are just one point behind third-placed Bristol Rovers.
