Next week sees the commencement of trials for the coming season’s Leyton Orient Advanced Soccer School.

The Walthamstow-based side was established in 1997 and are one of only eight FA Charter Standard Community Clubs in London.

Residing at Low Hall Sports Ground, the club have squads ranging from Under-Eight through to senior boys level, as well as Under-12s, 14s and 18s for girls and a disability side for boys aged 15 to 18, with many of these players in the England National Squad.

Players from the club have gone on to play for Orient’s Centre of Excellence as well as the Academy sides at Premier League giants Arsenal, Chelsea and Tottenham Hotspur.

The teams are run by independent coaches who have at least a level two coaching certificate. They have all been CRB checked and attended Safeguarding Children Workshops and Emergency Aid courses.

In addition to regularly seeking new sponsorship, new players are continually being recruited and the trials start next week at Low Hall, with all trialists being asked to fill out a form which can be found at http://loass.intheteam.com/.
