Jamie Jones will hope his injury nightmare is behind him as he is named in the O’s starting XI having missed the entire campaign to date on the sidelines.
Jones returns between the sticks as one of three changes for Orient following Tuesday’s defeat to Huddersfield Town.
Adam Reed returns to the centre of midfield alongside skipper Matthew Spring, while Kevin Lisbie is back leading the line for the hosts.
The back four remains unchanged while Paul Rachubka is included among the substitutes alongside Syam Ben Youssef, Calvin Andrew, George Porter and Solomon Taiwo.

County: Nelson, Kelly, Sheehan, Bencherif, J Hughes, Judge, Chilvers, Sam, Stewart, Harris, Bogdanovic.
Subs: Edwards, L Hughes, Freeman, Harley, Mahon.
