Leyton Orient have handed Shaun Batt his first start since Boxing Day for today's crucial home game with Sheffield United.
Batt is the surprise inclusion in the side with Ryan Hedges dropping to the bench. Lloyd James also starts in midfield ahead of Josh Wright.
Scott Cuthbert, who missed the Rochdale defeat due to the birth of his daughter, replaces Shane Lowry in defence. The other change sees Jay Simpson come into the attack in place of David Mooney.
It is Orient's final home game of the season and Fabio Liverani's side could be relegated if they fail to win and other results go against them.
Leyton Orient: Cisak; Omozusi, Clarke, Baudry, Cuthbert; Batt, Bartley, James, Cox; Dagnall, Simpson
Subs: Mooney, McAnuff, Lowry, Wright, Woods, Hedges, Taylor
