Leyton Orient were knocked out of the Johnstone's Paint Trophy after a 2-1 defeat at Luton Town last night.
The Hatters led 1-0 at the break after a fierce strike from Danny Green fired them deservedly in front.
But Orient improved in the second half and a foul on Scott Kashket enabled Lloyd James to equalise from the penalty spot.
It looked like the tie was heading for a penalty shootout but in the 90th minute Stephen O'Donnell deflected the ball home for the winner.
