ORIENT face Bristol Rovers for the fourth time this season tomorrow and with both teams free of any pressure it could make for an intriguing contest.

The O's lost out to Rovers on penalties in the FA Cup and clawed their way back to win 3-2 at the Memorial Stadium after trailing by two goals earlier in the season.

And Martin Ling's side look set to face a stern challenge as Bristol's manager Paul Trollope has warned that his side will approach the game with a play-off final' mindset.

"We will apply the same work ethic and prepare in the same way as if it were a play-off final," Trollope told the Bristol Evening News.

"We are determined to finish well after a few disappointing results in recent weeks despite having little to play for at the weekend.

"We have had quite a few interesting games against Orient this season," he added. "We were 2-0 up in the home game and ended up losing before two good cup ties.

"They were flying high at the time and we were coming out of a barren run.

Orient have endured a miserable second half of the season after being in contention for a play-off place for much of the year. However, a poor run has seen the side fall out of contention and slip down the table; a fact Trollope was keen to point out.

"They have tailed off since and are only four points ahead of us now - it would be nice to finish just a point behind them after they started the season so well."
