Ling keeps his silence on Nelson departure

ORIENT boss Martin Ling has maintained his silence on Stuart Nelson's departure from the club at the weekend.
The 26-year-old stopper was still under contract at Brisbane Road next season, but he has left the O's by mutual consent after negotiations.
The club have stated that Nelson had failed to settle in the area following his arrival from Brentford last summer, and had retained his family home in Reading.
Ling, has however admitted that his search for a replacement will depend on whether Orient keeper Glenn Morris agrees a new two-year contract with the club.
He said: "We learnt a lot of lessons last season, that just because you offer players new contract it doesn't mean they will accept them.
"All players now get a month from when you offer them a new contract to come back with their decision and we've not had a response from Glenn yet.
"His decision will clearly reflect on what route I go down, because I will either just need a another young keeper, or will need one of those and an experienced one as well if he doesn't sign."
